Vacation Cooking School - In operation since 1983, Jane Butel's Southwestern Cooking School offers a variety of class options including full-participation week-long, weekend, teambuilding classes and group demonstrations.
Facility - The weekend classes are held in Jane’s own kitchen at her home in Corrales.

Groups & Teambuilding - Professional, corporate, fraternal, social and tour groups come together for a teambuilding experience outside of their every-day setting. Classes encourage groups to work as a team and can be catered to the group goals. They are site-based and can be held in hotels, convention and conference centers in New Mexico or out of state
Acclaims - Rated one of the four best cooking schools in the world by Bon Appetit magazine. Listed in Frommer's Guide as "A can't miss!"
Cook Books - Jane Butel has authored 18 cookbooks on Southwestern cooking including entertaining, grilling and smoking, chili, barbeque favorites and more.
